For some, coming to counseling is a welcomed relief and having a space that is all your own can bring comfort. Others find that it feels scary and overwhelming to seek help, and they may not know where to begin. Whatever your feelings about therapy may be and at whatever point you may be in your process, I’m here to help.

I provide a trusting environment for my clients, and take a warm yet direct approach to our work. I help clients to discover more about themselves, which helps them better understand their relationships. I find that this work can help to resolve much of the frustration and confusion that can occur in relationships when unconscious patterns keep us stuck.

I work with adults & teens who are needing more guidance in how to grow in their relationships with themselves and others. I help clients who desire to achieve more in all areas of their life, and I find that deep emotional work can open the door for a multitude of greater opportunities in life.

Learning about your significant other and their patterns can bring great insight to why we behave the way we do in intimate relationships.
